When the Relay Agent answers, communicate to them the telephone number that you would like to call. When a connection is established, the Relay Agent will relay what you say to the other caller and vice versa.

There is no charge for using the service and long distance calls can be placed through your preferred billing method.

Relay Colorado is a telecommunications relay service which provides full telephone accessibility to people who are Deaf and hard of hearing. Specially trained relay agents complete all calls and stay on-line to relay messages either electronically over a Teletypewriter (TTY) to Deaf parties or verbally to hearing parties. Relay agents will not share information regarding the contents of any relay call, unless they are required to do so by state or federal law.
